Our Residential Portfolio Management team takes great pride in providing comfortable and secure homes on a national basis. From the initial sourcing of tenants, through to the on-going management, including arranging any repair to our Clients budgets, rent collection and depositing into landlord's account.
Services offered by our registered African letting agents include:
- Sourcing tenants for vacant properties using our national network of vetted agents. We constantly monitor the marketing of the properties to ensure that the optimum coverage is in place so that any void periods are kept to the bare minimum.
- Fully referencing any applicants prior to accepting them for tenancy. By carrying this out in-house, we ensure that all applicants regardless of where in the country they are sourced, they are referenced to the same criteria. These criteria can be tailored to suit our Client’s individual requirements.
- Producing and issuing our own Tenancy Agreements and notices to ensure consistency for every let in your portfolio.
- Collecting rent and controlling and chasing arrears.
- Arranging Insurance.
- Being the first point of contact for tenants and arranging repairs and maintenance.
- Regularly inspecting the properties to ensure tenants are fulfilling their tenancy obligations as required and to identify any repair or maintenance issues.
- Constantly re-valuing your asset base, reviewing yields and the performance of the various portfolios including tenancy renewals and regular increases of rent to optimise the rental income for the portfolio.
- Providing detailed Statements of Account showing all actions relating to the income and expenditure for the portfolio, with individual entries for income and disbursements.
- Portfolio reporting so you will have a clear overview of all aspects of your investment.
