Quick & easy steps to list your properties in minutes!

*Create a folder on your desktop computer and name it ''Propertyend Images'' then upload all your property images in it; this will be the folder to refer to when uploading your property images. Your account should be in credit before listing. Avoid listing without property images.

*Update your profile, use detailed information, sharp images and varied contact details.

1. Click + Add Listing on your left side user menu.

2. Fill all the fields and make sure all the pre-filled fields are updated with the correct information

3. Make sure you do not put anything other than digits/ numbers on the CONTACT PHONE and PRICE fields. * NO spaces and text just numbers. In the PRICE field NO commas. e,g for $200,000 you will only enter: 200000

4. Reference Id: Create/generate a CODE to uniquely identify each property listing in the event of an inquiry via a phone call or email. e.g. PE0101, PE0102.......PE0105

a. Fill in all the property fields information.

b. After filling the property description form, an alert will pop up leading you to the next image upload section - click NEXT.

c. Click Add files and then look for your saved Propertyend Images folder to browse your image/s with the privilege of selecting some or all images in one goal. Maximum images to select are 20.

d. Once highlighted, you can choose to Click Start upload to upload all images or Start to upload individually. 

e. To complete the listing process after successfully uploaded your images, click the Upload done button.

f. If an error message appears, it means the image size is too big or an unsupported type. Maximum size is 10 MB in jpeg format. 

g. Only listings with property images will show on the website.

h. Listings without images will be saved under EDIT MY PROPERTIES for later image uploading.

i. The more you list the more leads you receive! List a minimum of 10 properties per month to have them shared on other international portals like Zoopla and Primelocation

7. To edit your listing, click EDIT MY PROPERTIES from your left side user menu and choose to update or delete

8. No additional information in each field - e.g NO contact details in the property description field. Such listings may be deleted.

9. Each listing should be for a single property type.
